Refund policy

I understand that purchasing jewelry online can be daunting. Please contact me with any questions you might have prior to purchasing. Due to the individuality and the handmade nature of the pieces we gladly accept exchanges. 

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery (postmark) 

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery to customer. 

Conditions to be eligible for an exchange:  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it still has it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Condition to be eligible for return: If the item arrives damaged, please immediately take a picture and send it to the email below with your return request. 

To start an exchange/return request, contact us at emily@styleavenuestudios.com. Please specify "Exchange Request" in subject line. 

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized, engraved or custom orders. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You have the option for store credit, or during our email communications we can discuss the items you would like for replacement. If you have already an item in mind, please add that to the exchange request email. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy

Processing time for orders are 1-4 business days. Due to the handmade nature of the items, they may be made to order. Then shipping can take 2-10 days. We use USPS and offer tracking numbers for all orders. 

All orders over $75 ship for free using the standard USPS. 

At this time, we DO NOT ship outside of the United States. 

Processing time for preorders are specific to the item and the information for processing time will be listed in the product listing description.
